Same company makes this hose, Flexzilla, and a couple others I believe. The Flexzilla is definitely a better hose right out of the box, BUT for $10 less and if you just need a dependable hose with decent twist grip connectors then this hose is perfect for you. I own a pressure washing company and we are rough on about everything. Dragging things around rough concrete and other tough substrates all day really wears everything down quickly. I am going to give these a 5 star review because for a homeowner this is perfect. I switched over to the $30 green Harbor Freight Hybrid hoses last year and now I’ll never use anything else. They’re just as soft as Flexzilla, have swivel-grips, and after 11 months we still have the original 4 inside our trailers.

1. It will kink every time you walk, if it makes a loop, it will kink, you cannot "bullwhip" the hose to un-kink it, as it is a very soft rubber. it literally kinks constantly.2. The female end connector is very easy to tighten/loosen, but the male end is hard to grab and it has a boot on it that fits loosely and that you can't grab it tightly because the boot spins, it works ok if you use pliers, but who uses pliers when you are changing nozzles?.3. Buy this hose if you dont mind un-kinking it every time you walk, or if you water from one stationary place or use a sprinkler, if you walk, it will kink.

good flex good appearance

Have gotten tired of replacing shrinking hoses that get caught as they contract and rip apart in the inner layer. Went back to traditional hoses and am satisfied with this hose. It does the job and is durable.
