Don't believe the seller's assurances that incorrect sizes will be quickly replaced. Despite ordering the size recommended, which the seller does by body weight, the back support was too small. There was a phone number prominently displayed on the front of the pack instructing you to call should be there be sizing issues. This we did but it was an invalid number. We then found an email address within a leaflet inside the packaging so emailed. Eventually got a reply asking for proof of purchase so sent the Amazon order confirmation. Have heard nothing since. Even messaged the company on their Facebook page. No reply. This product might be beneficial if you are able to put it on - who knows? Beware sizing based on weight. After all a person of 6ft 2" weighing 150lbs will likely have a very different waist size from a !50lb person of 5ft 2" Couldn't be more disappointed with this company.

I really like the design and build quality especially at this price or possibly even higher price. I am used to using tight straps for injuries and support. BUT I am a slim 5ft 9in man and the large size is too tight and not long enough to reach far enough down my back. So I have reluctantly returned it.

It's not doing anything to the upper back but helps support the lower back. Customer service was quick and helpful but I couldn't be bordered with the return, so, I am enjoying it every day for about 30min though the instructions say 10min a day.

I have tried another posture corrector, and it was not strong enough to support my horrible posture for a length of time. This one seems to be durable. It has sturdy velcro fastening at the waist, with extra thin "belts" on top, and loops around shoulders with covers for comfort. Generally feels strong and secure. Shoulder straps are adjustable length.In terms of sizing, I have used the table and ordered large. It was fine everywhere, but the shoulder straps were a bit too loose. It is probably based on men's physique. So I contacted the seller, and they have immediately replaced it with a smaller size, no hassle at all. So very happy with the customer support too.

I think this would work pretty well in the correct size. I got the size that they said to get based on weight however the straps cut in under in my arm pits making it really sore to wear for any decent length of time.I've reached out to them but theyre to respond.

This item really helped when I was spending lengthy hours on the laptop writing my dissertation. It stops you from hunching over which support upper neck tension. I tend to get neck tension due to posture issues which triggers migrains but found this to significantly reduce symptoms and didn't get Migrains as much as I normally would. I did keep it on for a number of hours but took breaks from it, when you sit back down without the support it you can definitely feel the difference. I would recommend and it really did help me. I Googled various blog posts which helps you to choose the right back support for your needs so do this first before purchasing. I bought this off the back of one of the blog posts.

This is my second attempt to get my review posted. I did the first one right after I got the Small size (which was sent immediately by Customer Service after finding the Small/Medium was too large. When I called Customer Service about the first one, I was greatly impressed by being told immediately they would send the second brace with two-day delivery and no charge--which they did. This company's desire first of all is to please customers and do what they can to make things right. In my opinion, this is awesome and makes this company one of the very best companies I have dealt with.The Small fit perfectly and has really helped the back and neck pain I had. In fact, I don't want to take it off it feels so good and frees me to go about my business without the pain. I think there was much careful thought, research, and planning (even in the small details) that went into designing and making these braces. The fabric and other materials are good quality, and,unlike other back braces I had seen, are simple and easy to put on.The Posture Guide that was included is great! I always like to see diagrams, pictures, instructions, and other information about how to use the thing I am purchasing. When I found this back brace, I was just about to find and print out posture exercises on the internet. Then here comes this Posture Guide which has everything in it done very professionally and containing pertinent information!I am tremendously impressed and satisfied with this back brace and recommend it to others.
