If the refill doesnt come with pump which item do i hav to buy in order to get the pump that will work with refillable bottle?

Does this 6.7 ounce bottle come with a pump? It doesn't look like it does.

I have old 6.7 bottle for this product with pump and I switch tops or do I need to pour into old bottle?

So what do I do if the bottle comes partially opened and spilled??
