Circulon 84559 7-Qt. Covered Hard Anodized Aluminum Dutch Oven, 7-Quart, Chocolate

I absolutely love this brand of cookware. Have had the chocolate brown color for 6 years and they still look brand new. You get what you pay for when buying cookware. I ordered this pot because my set came with a larger stock pot, which I do not use a lot. This size is perfect for us!

I loooooove this casserole pot! I purchased the 5.5 quart size and it;s the perfect size, I was a little worried it might be too heavy with water and pasta in it, but it wasn't. I gave it the pasta test, I boiled my Fusilli (spiral pasta) and it came out perfect, nothing stuck to the bottom or the sides. I wasn't sure if I'd like to drain it right from the pan, as I always rinse my pasta. Turns out it is easy enough to just rinse it after straining and re-rinse it again. I love that I can pop it in the oven and melt a cheesy layer on top if I want to! Where has this been all my life!?

I bought a complete set of these Circulon Symmetry pots and pans about a year ago. I love them, but the stock pot that came with the set was 10 quarts! I needed a smaller pot for making soup, pasta and such. This is the perfect addition to my set. And the strainer lit that locks in place is a nice touch. They cook things up so well and are easy to clean. And I love the pretty color!

This is a great size and quality for a medium to large pot

I love this brand and the sturdiness of this brand. This is very easy to use, to lock or unlock the top in order to add food or pour out the water from your foods. The only downside is that I hand wash this cause it looks dingy when I put it in the dishwasher. Love the brand and how great it helps cook.
