Bossa Nova Guitar Book/Online Audio

If you follow this book to completion you will be able to handle many Bossa Nova songs and comping chords in fake books. I have to say I made awesome progress with the book but I love the Bossa Nova style so it kept me interested. Recommend playing the advanced chords on a nylon string guitar as it works great for studying quartal harmony.

I don't think anyone dissected the Bossa Nova guitar style so thoroughly as Carlos Arana did. This book the companion CD is the next best thing to having João Gilberto giving you guitar lessons.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. This is an excellent book, rhythm is key in bossa nova and this books takes time explain the different variations as well as the history that led this its creation. Very good.

PREMETTO CHE comprai questo libro quando ero piu' imbranato e' devo dire che afferrai subito il concetto,,,,IL libro e' strutturato bene,,,,quello che ci vuole e' memorizzare la posizione degli accordi,,diversi da altri generi music, come rock ,pop,funk,ecc,,,,E' PRATICA,pratica,e pratica,,non esiste trucco questa e' la formula ,e sopratutto ,sentir di voler suonare,,questa e' la spinta che gg. dopo gg. vi fara' acquisire destrezza...non scoraggiatevi se non riuscite a cambiare accordo subito,,,persistete e godete anche del fatto di essere principianti pensando che fra qualche mese riuscirete certamente a fare RITMO....CONSIGLIO di acquistarlo anche se si e' principianti,,poiche' e' la base del BOSSA NOVA,,,QUI C'E' SOSTANZA,,,OTTIMO ANCHE PER CHI E' CANTAUTORE.....QUESTO E' UN LIBRO PER SEMPRE E NON PER IL TEMPO CHE TROVA,,,,RINGRAZIO IL SIG.
