Green Tones/Award-Winning Momma Bear Drum with Mallet, Multicolor, Model:3718

This is a wonderful drum for young children! It is wooden, sturdy and oh so sweet! It has a little handle at the top, or it can be placed on a flat surface. I would have given it a 5 star rating, except for the fact that it comes with a very skinny drumstick, which I do not believe is appropriate for children under 3 years. It works well with the drum, but I opted to put it up for a few years and bought a smaller, chunky, softer drum stick from another company. This also works well and my young granddaughters can enjoy making music in a safe way!

I really liked this drum and my baby seems to enjoy banging on it. I took off a star since the bear's nose fell off after a few days and the paint on the drum stick started chipping (won't let baby play with that stick anymore). I'm still keeping the drum as baby has fun with it.

Great size, cute and good materials. It is just a bit difficult for young kids to get a good drum sound out of it. It is quite quiet unless you hit it very hard.

I got this drum for my 9-month-old, but discovered that the mallet has a tiny ball on one any and is pretty small/pokey on the other. And the drum doesn't really work without the mallet. Since it is adorable, however, and I just put it aside until she is a bit older. In the meantime, the Remo baby drum has been outstanding for an infant/young toddler.

I bought this for my nephew for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. I was amazed by the sound quality. Great purchase!

Really cute, but doesn't really work as a functional drum. I have to it hit it just right with my hands in order for it to make a drum noise. It does work with the stick provided.

Cute drum but WAY overpriced. The look of it is great but it doesn't make a great sound. I like that its nontoxic etc but it should cost half of what it does.

Adorable design and good quality, but this drum just doesn't make a good sound. It's a rather soft "drum noise, so my 11 month old isn't too interested.
