Don’t buy it! Waste of money
An absolute disappointment! After only two weeks it stopped working. The machine just didn’t turn on anymore. I tried to claim the warranty but of course no one will help you. Amazon cant help because they are not the seller and when trying to reach out to Phillips, there is an error on their website and no contact number. How convenient for them…. Besides all of that, I am also disappointed in the bad display. The machine doesn’t tell you how long it is sterilising for. Which I think is kind of important. In summary: Don’t buy it. Go for the Momcozy steriliser instead.

Item stopped working
Item stopped working after 3 months. Was trying to get it fixed through the warranty which is valid for 2 years, however was declined as product was ordered from USA. As I was told the item has been damaged due to voltage difference, because it was ordered from Amazon USA (it wasn’t available at this time in UAE). Unfortunately nobody from Amazon informed me that this issue might happen cuz its another country and another voltage. Just disappointed
