43-21298-43 -Rheem OEM Round Replacement Run Capacitor 15 UF/MFD 370 Volt

Bought another capacitor from another site and it did not fit the bracket in my Rheem furnace. This one was an exact fit. Works great!

Perfect fit OEM replacement to accompany a new furnace blower motor. Dummy-proof installation.A heads up for the DIY’ers: there is no +/- signs (not a defect) because all capacitors are bipolar except for the electrolytic variant in electronics, which are polarized and require a biased connection. These are not electrolytic, so you are able to plug either connector onto either port and it’s good to go!

Perfect replacement for my Rheem furnace. It might be a good idea to replace this type of inexpensive part as a matter of routine maintenance about every ten years instead of having it fail on the coldest night of the year. (When else do they fail?????) If you do it as maintenance, keep your old one just in case since, after all, it was working when you took it out. My last heater (Trane) lasted 32 years by following this schedule.

replaced blower motor in furnace, replaced the capacitor while I had everything apart.took right off, did its job. All specs matched up. great deal.

Replaced a 23 year old cap that apparently was still good. But that's OK - doing major controller replacement and having all new parts means it should last another 23 years.

Replaced the original equipment and is working fine.
