Seems to work well, but the instruction manual is not much use.
Bought this to replace my recently failed ancient "memoscan" VAG-COM reader that I only got in about 2008 to reset the air-bag light when installing a big stereo.Very good value at £93 to me, I think my old one cost more even back then and this one diagnosed the mis-firing and ventilation flap motor problems that my elderly Audi had after a few years off the road so I could fix them before getting a service and MoT. It just passed. The instructions supplied are really not up to much so it lost a star on "easy to use", but it's fairly intuitive and explains the error codes which makes things easy. Only 4 stars too for "accuracy" as I don't know if it missed something but I'm at least 80% certain.

Excellent reader
I bought this to update the inspection due reminder on my Audi A3 and Audi A1. I decide when my service is due, not Audi. Very annoying that you can't reset the inspection interval as simply as the oil service interval because a lot of people will take it into Audi who then charge a ridiculous amount for resetting even if a service isn't due. Switching between cars means my mileage on each car is very low and there's no way I'm taking the cars in every 1000 miles or so for an oil change or inspection. I'm sure Audi would love that. Anyway, this reader does the trick if anyone is interested.

Worth the money. It worked for me so far. I would recommend and buy again.
Used the code reader to diagnose a check engine fault on 2003 Skoda Fabia 1.4 16V which had caused the engine to go into limp mode. Very easy to use, didn't need the instructions. It did a full code read indicating misfire on cylinder 1. Erased the fault code and ran diagnostic again and showed the same error but this time no check engine light. Had a look and sure enough the coil pack on cylinder 1 was different and a cheaper brand then the others. Replaced the coil pack with Bosch one and replaced all four spark plugs with NKGs and the engine runs smoothly, perfect outcome.Decided to change the oil and air filter too and used the code reader to reset the service indicator. Very pleased so far, money well spent.

Does not do anything for several VWs.
So 2009 Audi avant S4, Golf mk5 R32 and 2013 VW Scirocco 1.4 TSI. Will not clear or read anything but managed to mess with the radio and screw up the dash electronics.Luckily I can reset back to factory settings.Stay clear of this product it is useless. The cars software is protected for a reason and this device cannot read it. Like most of the readers that claim they can.

Easy use code clearance
Ordered for my 2017 Seat Toledo to clear a fault on the airbag system, plugged it in and it read and cleared the fault no problem looks like a great bit of kit for the modern car owner.

So far so good, but even with my 30+ years experience it can be difficult to navigate
This does exactly what it says, but, even with my experience, some jargon is hard to understand. Most of this is VW because of there programming, but if you stay with what you bought it for, then it should explain itself. Good luck, and be patient, cars are not what they used to be.

Does nearly everything it should do...
Worked great at reading codes and erasing them... coding new battery's no prob... but does "Not" work in the DPF mode...

Works great on a nissan too
Had quick little play around when it first arrived, works well with my 06 vw T5 and also my wife's nissan qashqai, pulled up a few faults with her car which need sorting and managed to switch off the airbag light on the van too.. Happy chap
