So - I had questions when I bought this like, are the pockets lined? Will I like the big square pockets vs the side slide in slots, will the arms be tight with a thick sweater, is the giant hood going to be problem, does the hood have a drawstring, is the material rugged enough (I have three energetic active big dogs), sooo I will answer those. First I LOVE this coat. I wanted a big super warm coat to throw on in the winter when I take the dogs out in the yard like 8 times a day and at night. This coat IS THAT. Super warm and very comfortable. I am 5'7" and fluctuate between like 145 and 159. On the low end I wear a Med on the high end Large. I ordered a Med and wanted more room so returned and got Large as I didn't want it to be tight with a heave sweater and it is NOT. It is perfet. I love love love the cuffs on the sleeves, it makes a huge difference in terms of warmth and if no gloves, I can tuck my hands up in and that works. I can't stand shirts and coats that have arms that are too short for my longish arms and this coat has good lengthy arms. When zipped all the way up, it creates nice neck coverage. The zipper works fine. Regarding the big square pockets, they are not lined, however they are more than on layer of material and so no wind gets in and actually quite warm! I don't know how but it's true. I do stick my hands in my pockets and hang them there, like they were side slots and that turned out to be no issue at all. The giant hood, well it is large and no drawstring, but, I find typically I wear a hat and I appreciate never worrying that if I flop the hood up that it will be snug over my hat, also I tend to fold the fur edging back a little so it works fine, ended up being a non-issue also. Regarding the material, it IS rugged and tough enough to withstand my unruly dogs. I haven't had a issue with it, it is not thin flimsy material at all. As other say, the side buttons are awesome for flexibility, getting in the car, etc. and the length is very good for warmth Overall this is one of, if not the, warmest and best designed jackets I have purchased in my life in Maine. I had one from The Gap similar years ago and it was so snug around the body I felt like a earthworm when I wore it, this one isn't like that and I prefer it that way. So if you want warmth, good design, quality, and at a decent price, go for it. I think I got it at the time for $49.99 , might have been on sale and seems to be unavailable now but if you see one like it, go for it.

I have been purchasing this brand of our wear for myself and my granddaughter for several yrs, not necessarily from this seller. I love the fact that this brand never disappoints on style and warmth. It’s lightweight so you don’t feel uncomfortable, this brand is durable too! My granddaughter is in between sizes so I got her a small adult size since I couldn’t find one in the 16-18 age range. She’s a slim fit and It fits her perfectly 🤩

This coat is so incredibly warm! I live in the Midwest and it was 14 degrees today and with this coat it was honestly actually bearable. The fit is amazing and I love that there are tons of pockets. AND OMG THE PRICE! It’s already a steal but at this quality…please go get it

I love this coat. I had a black one I gave to my daughter and she is really enjoying it. The warmth factor is unmatched and this color is really beautiful. I’d say it does run a bit big. You cannot go wrong with this brand for winter warmth and the quality is great!

first i must say this coat really is a pretty coat. the fit is pretty true to sizing and i like that it comes down to below my knees in length( which is rare for im about 5'7"). as other reviews state, it does have a decent amount of pockets and nicely sized to boot. the pockets easily fit cellphones and wallets with room to spare. there are pockets everywhere, inside and out. the sleeves are also longer than most which is perfect for those of us with longer arms. love the side zippers which allow for unzipping so makes it easy to sit in vehicles and such. now the downsides: as others have said, there ARE stray loose strings EVERYWHERE. i had to hang it up upon receiving and cut each thread by hand. the stitching could be improved especially considering the price. the zippers and pockets though seem well stitched. it claims to be capable of keeping stable heat inside even with low activity in 15 C. Dont bank on that. so far when i went out for my work break in 30 F temps. i was chilled. not "freezing" but definitely not "warm" either. the wind also easily comes up from the bottom and inside the coat so windproof id disagree on as well. when receiving i didnt have the best hopes on warmth for the coat IS thin and doesnt have much weight to it either. sadly my shorter coat is warmer but its obnoxious to sit down in. i live in western PA and its been about 30 F last few days. really wished it was warmer for i like everything else. will prob keep for a "dress" jacket and go back to looking for a decently warm longer coat for daily wear. i really am confused to why so many other reviews state it being "warm?"

So happy I found this winter jacket. Has made dog walking much easier during the cold months. Only downfall is that it is a straight jacket.. not cinched at the waist causing wind to get up inside. Still loving the warmth of this jacket.

This coat is super warm and comfortable. The hood is big enough that I could have a hat underneath. Lots of pockets which are deep

I’m giving this 3 stars bc the inside of the sleeve was basically sliced open. I just sewed it bc you can’t see it anyways but it doesn’t keep you warm ! Too many red zipper tags too. Took all of them off. I am 5,1 , 125lbs and the medium fit me well while wearing a hoodie. Length went to the middle of my shin.
