Ive always avoided the gum due to what other people say. I purchased these 315 pcs and in one month I quit!! I smoked 10 years 1 pack a day and for some reason im repulsed by cigarettes and these peices of gum taste great, keep breathe fresh and help to whiten teeth. I actually enjoy these gums more than Cigs. I might buy some more just to have around. So far no cravings, more energy and i look forward to better health.
