I love this compression/spanx-like undershirt! It holds me in and supports my spine. I love that it slims me out especially! Im usually a mens 2xl in shirts but this i purchased a large. Go down a size or 2 for a snug smoothing slimming fit!!

It’s extremely hard to put on. Yeah, that’s probably to be expected but damn it was hard. It also doesn’t work real well. So there’s that. I noticed no difference between this and wearing a tight under shirt that isn’t as hard to put on. That said, it’s pretty well made and more comfortable to wear than you’d think, once you do get it on

The sizes are NOT realistic. I ordered a medium- wear a medium dress shirt and polo and typically a large t shirt: I couldn’t even get this thing on it was so small. Total waste.

My son is a little on the heavy side and this does exactly what it's supposed to do, especially in the chest area, I'll definitely be buying more👌🏾

Very soft and comfortable vest made to a high standard. It's a medium thickness vest that could be a bit warm for the summer for some people but the quality of the materials makes it very nice to wear. Large is a little bit tight to get on but worth the effort and once in place it does a good job with posture correction. I am 6 feet tall, about 12st 7lb, I have a 42 inch chest and 34 inch waist, if I wanted this vest to have a tight but more relaxed feeling I would buy the XL, for really good support the L is correct for me.Don't expect this vest to be invisible under all white polo shirts. Some shirts like a Fred Perry would be okay due to the thicker materials used in that make, but with slightly thinner shirts you can see the naked colour vest more than a white one as it's quite a bright colour. It would have been better to have a toned down muted skin/grey option. The seams around the straps are fairly easy to see through a shirt too.
