This lightweight hoodie jacket has great, classic style and is the summer "take everywhere" jacket I needed. I have washed and dried it and it came out beautifully with no shrinkage even though it is cotton. The Hanes brand is trusted by me and I was not disappointed at all. Quality, size, price, style are all exactly what I expected. Highly recommend.

This is exactly what I was looking for - an inexpensive, basic, 100% cotton, light weight hoodie for the summer. I bought 2 of them (black and teal) and I'll definitely be buying more. The material is a thin slub knit, very much like a t-shirt, and the medium is a perfect fit for me (5'8", 140 lbs). Sometimes, all you need are the classics and Hanes is just that.

Love this hoodie. It is thin and not bulky or ill fitting. It looks good with most anything. The pockets could be a bit deeper so my phone doesn’t slip out. I have the dark blue, light blue and salmon color. If you are buying the salmon color be warned that dark colors will show through. Someone didn’t like the printed on fabric label but honestly I didn’t even notice it because the hood covers it and it is very faint. I have had the dk blue for over 2 years and it has faded a bit but what wouldn’t. I bought 2 mediums and a small which both fit just fine. It is long and the sleeves are a bit long but that is part of what makes it comfortable. It has held up over many washings and the zipper hasn’t given out on me. I want to order a gray one too if they restock it.

This is not really a jacket, as in keeps you warm, like it's very lightweight. Basically, what it is is a long sleeve t-shirt with a zipper and a hood in a great way. It's absolutely perfect for those times in summer (I live in the Pacific Northwest) when it's a chilly out in the morning and it stays chilly for a while but you don't want a heavy jacket you have to carry around later and you don't want just a t-shirt on. It's a fantastic layering piece, cuz you can take it off and stick it in your bag or tie it around your waist and it's not bulky at all. It also just looks really cute.

I ordered this in a few colors when they went on sale. I wasn't expecting much considering the brand and price so I wasn't very disappointed when they arrived and the quality seemed so-so. I was mostly looking for a lightweight jacket to throw over leggings and a t-shirt for quick errands or to wear for yard work/gardening without being too hot but getting some cover from the sun too. I think I got what I wanted though I'd warn these are extremely thin and I doubt they will hold up for very long. I read they were t-shirt material but I think that's an overstatement. If I bought a t-shirt as thin as this I'd return it immediately because it would be see through. The white jacket is see through. I was wearing a navy tank top when I tried it on and you see the dark color very clearly through the jacket, I'd only wear the white with a pale shirt underneath otherwise it looks cheap. I had a fair amount of loose strings on the jacket and several hanging off the seams that I either tied off or trimmed. Amazon recommended a large but I ordered an x-lrg thinking I'd like it looser for working outside or casual errands. If I had to order again I would of just gone with the large, I think they run a size up based on how it fits, but I'm not exchanging them as they'll work fine for my intended purposes. Lastly, these are very long jackets. If you're average height looking to cover your tush, these will work very well. I'm 4'10, which I know makes me an outlier, but anyone around 5ft should know with a loose fit these jackets will hit mid thigh.

So, first off, these are THIN, like a tee. Do not be expecting a warm fleece hoodie. This is the kind of hoodie you bring to a breezy beach at sunset. I purchased the white and it is somewhat see-through, which some reviewers don’t like but I expected it and it’s fine with me. With a 39” bust, I always order Large in tops. At first I though maybe I should have gotten a Medium because it was quite roomy. But after washing, the the whole thing including the sleeves got shorter and it got a bit more fitted (though still a little too roomy in the waist/hip). Mine seems well-sewn and the zipper works smoothly. For the price, I’m satisfied with having a lightweight layer when I need it.

This hoodie is really thin, but it turns out that I really like the thinness . I live in the south, and I use it in restaurants when they have the AC cranked to extra cold. Fits nicely.

I bought this in black, to put over tank or T-shirt at work because it very chilly w AC. I ordered it in gray to go w other colors. I do not like the heather pattern, it's not a normal heather. I'm keeping it because I can use in yard to keep sun, mosquitos off arms, it's light weight, comfortable, nicely made

Estoy poniendo valoraciones de 3 y 4 estrellas en grosor y transparencia porque eso fue lo que preguntaron, es una sudadera para ejercitarse, es ligera, realmente para tiempos de calor (para usar en las mañanas) pero es muy linda, de buena calidad (algodón) y muy práctica.

Fits perfect, very thin material could have been a little think. Good for temperature between 18-16

Absolutely love these lightweight cotton hoodies. Great colours. Perfect for when you just need something to cover your arms without getting too hot. 10/10.
