I bought the red Groove-E 3 years ago and have been really happy with it. The volume was higher than I ever needed, the tone was OK for just listening to my CDs while I showered and dressed and the price was great. I chose the red to add accent to my bedroom colour and it was just perfect. The radio was excellent. All in all, I loved my Groove-E - - - until the weekend. I pressed Play on my newly home-made compilation CD. The display lit up with NO. I thought it must be CD so tried with another CD. Same thing. Another? Same thing. Although the radio still works perfectly, I had to buy another player as I listen to my CDs a lot but not the radio. The reason I didn’t get another Groove-E was that previous players I owned had a Shuffle mode which I really missed with the Groove-E. The new purchase says it has Shuffle so I’ll let you know how I like it.
