Sharp edges
The product is a strong build but has very sharp edges all over. I got cuts and bruises during installation. I would have given 5 stars if sharp edges are smoothened off.

The brackets are extremely sturdy and long-lasting. I easily installed three sets of storage shelves that each hold 60 pounds.

The collapsible wall hinges are great for our needs. Only issue is you need extra long screwdriver extensions to be able to mount the top and middle screws.

Sturdy, easy to install, easy to raise and lower. We used these brackets to support a custom shade awning that is 4' wide. The are proving to be sturdy even in the wind and ver easy to raise and lower. Only downside is somewhat sharp edges.
