Such a beautiful light....and the price was right!!!! Really easy to install, and yes the Crystal's tool about 15 minutes, but it was enjoyable!!!The wires are nicely labeled with black and white markings so you know which one is which. It comes with extra Crystal's which is so nice just in case!You can adjust the length after complete install!!! I raised mine about 6 inches after I got it all setup and had time to get use to it. So no stress on getting the length perfect right away.I hung this in my dinning room! Perfect size! I thought 4 bulbs might be too dim, but the Crystal's really add to the brightness!!!!

Great product, shines when lights are on

So. I got this because my sister got one and I wanted to upgrade the lighting in the house. It casts a unique shadow on the walls. You have to put the crystals on yourself, one by one. But it was worth it. The prices here were cheaper than home depot or Lowes. It was pretty easy to install. I got lots of compliments on it. My sisters mother in law helped sell her house with one of these. She loved the lighting and was sold when she saw a light like this one. I think it was definitely worth it and raises the value of your home.

More beautiful than I anticipated, the colorful deflections of light off of the crystals are stunning. The installation is easy. The manufacturer is thoughtful enough to put black and white plastic sleeves on the wires to identify the correct house wires to connect to. Another attention to detail is the chain; the end link has a screw cap that allows the link to be opened up and hooked to any part of the chain for length adjustment; no need to bend the link to open it up. This is a very convenient and practical feature, excellent. Overall extremely satisfied with the light.

After searching for many types of chandeliers, I can't believe I love this so much. I have walked into my bedroom just to glance at it and smile,. 😄 It's elegant, romantic and pretty yet my husband loves it too so it's not just feminine looking. It's above my bed and provides excellent light for the bedroom. I was struggling to find a chandelier that didn't feature candlesticks, yet wasn't A flush mount. This is a perfect blend. I love the way the crystals hang from the chandelier. It took a little time to put together, but I enjoyed doing it. I did it myself and just have to follow The diagrams closely. You won't be disappointed !

This chandelier is stunning. I love it and it arrived well packaged. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I had to hang all the small crystals underneath myself. Installing the fixture was a breeze, and took about an hour. But then the fun part of hanging the crystals came. After sweating profusely like I had a trainer forcing me to run uphill on a treadmill, swearing like a trucker and about 3.5 hours of delicate work, it still wasn't done. I was cursing the day I decided that this was a good idea. Why couldn't I just be happy with the light I had? No. I took an ice cream break and watched a Tony Robbins motivational speech, then got back to it. Another 2 hours later, I was done. Thank goodness the shade itself came with the crystals preinstalled, otherwise I would have probably taken this to my boat to use as a glamorous anchor. Also it doesn't come with bulbs, so no instant gratification when it was done without a quick trip to the store. In any case it's done now, it looks incredibly beautiful and every time I look up at it, i smile and remind the chandelier that it couldn't break me, and I OWNED it. I'm an extremely picky person, and I have to say, I love this chandelier. Absolutely beautiful for the price. I read a lot of complaints about hanging the crystals. Well, there are a lot of them (crystals) and it does indeed take time to hang them all, but it's really not as bad an experience as the other reviewers describe. Just follow the instructions pertaining to "pinching" the wire loop that the crystal in attached to. Also, it's a good idea to take a screenshot of the instructions that's shown as one of the pics that's part of the Amazon posting of this product; better to have this on hand as opposed to the printed instructions that comes with the product, as the latter is not very good. But nothing to reduce this chandelier from a 5-star rating!!!

Although I would have preferred the metal to be slightly less shiny--more like silver than chrome--I am very pleased with this chandelier. It looks magical when lit at night. The quality was excellent and my husband was able to hang it with minimal difficulty, although the instructions consist of pictures, no words. It took me some time to add the crystals but eventually I got that done. Extra prisms were included with the packaging, and it's nice to have them. The prisms are crystal, not plastic. I'm very pleased with this chandelier at this price point.
