Did Not Arrive Like Picture!
This hat did not come like the picture. I am very disappointed. The bottom band has no sparkles on it and the number 1 has no outline in pink. The picture looks nicer than what I actually recieved. I Do Not Recommend buying this crown hat. I wouldn't even have given it a one but the site wouldn't let me save unless I chose at least one star.
