User friendly basic phone for senior citizens
I bought this for a family member who is 85. He has never used a mobile before. He is managing to use it.

Phone ok price a bit high
Battery life I can't rate overall as still I have not put it on fully operational mode. Sound quality is ok. Value for money it's a little bit on higher side should have been around 2000 rs.. Overall it ok for senior citizens.

Cradle charger not working upon ordering twice
I ordered this phone two times.1. First time: the charger and cradle charger, both were defective. As in, they didn’t charge the phone.2. Second time: the cradle charger is defective. Its not charging the mobile.Both the times, had to return the product. I wonder if the seller would deliver malfunctioning product, the third time too?

Phone for Old people but no support available in market
Phone is good for Old people as Number and UI is easy for use . I liked SOS functionality.There is no support available for this kind of handsets in local market hence it became kind of use and throw mobile once it gets damaged .
