The product Is good but it cannot keep upWith fast movements but all in all a good product

I received the Silver Standard Pack as a gift and was so thrilled with the concept of this product for recording yoga classes and 1:1 sessions for clients, but when I record video, the audio is ruined by a constant clicking sound from the Pivo pod. The only way I can use Pivo is when I turn it off, which completely negates the purpose of it following me as I move. Customer service has been a nightmare to deal with, too, making this whole experience a very negative one. I never like to leave negative reviews, but I'm leaving this one so that no one else has to go through the same. All this Pivo gear had so much potential and sadly, all it is for me is a very expensive phone stand.

Pivo perform exactly as advertised. I'm enjoying it. When using an iPhone, you cannot use the Pivo while talking on FaceTime. Pivo tells me that there are apps that you can use, but you can't directly use Pivo with FaceTime.The device is of high quality. The various components that I received with the Pivo, including the tripod, are of high quality as well. I'm looking forward to years of use! Highly recommended!!!Jim W.Chattanooga TN
