Equivalent to using Salt - nothing more, nothing less !
We purchased this product and found that it exactly the way common salt would work on snails …above they, it affected the plant growth as well . Trust me, wake up in the morning with a bowl of salt in your hand, and spread a little salt on the snail you spot, works better, cheaper !

Very Effective against snails
It's quite effective, it helped me get rid of the snails this monsoon. I sprinkled it around the infested area 2-3 times. The snails are nowhere to be seen in my garden until now.

Buy it. It helps to some extent
The results are okay. I would not say it is totally successful. Many slugs kept continuing to get into my pots. Ignoring the bait, they just went ahead and chomped all the leaves and flowers, and even attacked the roots. I did find some dead inside the pots. But the problem has not been solved. The product is expensive, and for that price, I want better results. Why do some slugs not eat the bait? Is it not attractive enough for them? Then, make it attractive. I would suggest that people buy this product, because it does kill the slugs, if they eat the bait. But the manufacturer must entice the slugs to the bait, by making it more appealing to them.
