Not very happy
This unit, although functional DID NOT connect to my laptop. Although I have windows 10 and auto detect should find this device and offer settings......there was nothing. I've installed two DVD player software programs (VLC and one other) but NOTHING worked. I had used Cyberlink Power DVD 15 on a trial but after the trial I would have to pay $59.98 to continue. I've tried three other DVD drives to no avail. I'm not new to computers but this time I'm not certain what to do. This is probably a good DVD drive, but if the average person cannot get it to work with their computer that requires a lower rating.

Never got it to work.
Could not get it to work. I have windows 10, and I could not get CD's to burn. I tried looking for drivers, but never really found anything.
