One of these each day and my anxiety is nonexistent. This stuff really works. I take it after my first meal, and I'm calm yet energetic all day. Love it! Will take it for life.

Helps me with anxiety and depression. I have been taking this everyday for 4 months and it really helps. I am unable to take SSRI's, they make me feel worse. I am very sensitive to medication and supplements. I have tried lots of over-the-counter supplements and this product has worked best for me.

I thought I felt quite a bit better after taking this, but I did get some good news around the same time, so it is still too early to tell why I felt better. I'm going to continue to use it, and plan on buying another bottle now (to keep in my car), as some products that I use a lot; I keep one in my apt., and one in my car, in other words, I buy two of the same item.

I didn't feel anything unusually great about this product. I was excited to try it based on the other reviews, but it did nothing for me.

Works great for anxiety

Took it the first day and didn't feel myself ...I'm very sensitive to prescription meds thought I would try it but not feeling myself and very anxious is not helping

Seems to be help with Benzo withdrawal. My doctor is taking me off of Benzos. The tapering way.
