Adore this movie
I watched this movie online, first. I loved it so much, I wanted it for keeps, so my flat mate/carer bought for me. I am a huge fan of Johnny Depp, and he is charming as ever in this one. It is a charming, funny and romantic movie, about village life, fitting in, and exceptance against the odds. I have watched it more than once, as I often do when Johnny Depp is in them❤️😍

Really good film .
Thought provoking storyline. Showed that the worldly things in life don’t matter as much as doing your best for those you cross paths with in life regardless of the reason or circumstances.

Favourite Easter film
This film is a must watch every Easter! But make sure you have a plentiful supply of chocolate at hand! I already own the DVD but ordered a copy for my sister. I included it in an Easter basket I filled with goodies for my sister, nephew & niece. It made a lovely addition.

Watched this three times now as part of a Lent Course. 1 Thought provoking. 2 Dangerous stuff Chocolate! 3 Having seen it and thought about it, you will be cajoled into reading the book. Even by chapter two you realise the film is nothing like the book and are drawn into sitting reading it in lieu of all those jobs on the list.

Misrepresentation
This DVD doesn't play in this region. The seller neglected to put that in the ad. Now I have to pay to return it. Bad business from this seller. Avoid.

Film bellissimo. Uno di quei rari film che si possono vedere e rivedere.L ho ricevuto in lingua inglese purtroppo.Ma con i sottotitoli l ho potuto vedere agevolmente.

I’m really upset because there were no warnings about this item not being compatible on DVD players in the United States, otherwiseI never would have purchased it! I think the least this company could do is refund me the cost of this DVD that won’t play!
