Use this pan on a regular basis to sauté tofu among other things. Light weight, deep, makes flipping an ease. Had a Tefal previously for about 10 yrs. Bought it again.

I use this for everything. It's so lightweight!

Sturdy but the inside began to scratch after several months - I only use plastic or rubber utensils for stirring so this shouldn’t have happened

Actually the packaging this pan comes in is annoying because they glued the pan to a piece of cardboard and it took me ages to get the sticky gunge off the bottom of the pan. Apart from that this is everything an everyday frying pan should be. It's extremely light in weight, in a good way. It's nice and deep so things don't fly over the edge when you're stir-frying, the non-stick is as good as it gets, and it cleans up in seconds. Of course, some of these things will get worse over time but the pan is guaranteed for two years and that's about as long as I would ever keep a non-stick pan. So far, the base is nice and flat and will hopefully stay that way – a bowed base is a common problem with pans not made from cast metal. We shall see – I don't like it when my fried eggs fall into the edge of the pan. For now though, this is pretty much perfect, and a good price too.
