Great workout tool for Home. Have been using it for a week and the results are amazing. Solid tool and Quality is great for the price. Assembly was a bit tricky. Loved to work out in my home for my upper back / Triceps and Abs. Would Highly recommend this workout equipment for guys looking for wall mounted pull up bar.

Good, but...
A good build, but there should be some kind of rubber/fabric on the outer section which touches the wall. The corners totally damage the wall paint and gypsum when there is pressure. I had to put some soft fabric to prevent that, but that's very frustrating when you want to change the position each time.
