The chimney arrived well before the estimated arrival date, however, the cardboard box had no interior packing so the pipe was bent in multiple places. I was able to bend it back to fit into the chimney box in the attic. It's on the roof so the dents can't be seen and the pipe is functional. I've had other pipes bent from other shippers which were a bigger problem since they were inside the house.

Unfortunately the pipe was damaged and unusable so we're returning it for a refund.
