Quality but awkward
Modern looking and love the bright red colour BUT water tank small and awkward to remove and replace. If you have problems with hand/finger/wrists its hard work and painful. Quality machine but suggest you look in the stores and handle machines then buy on line. Its an expense you want to be physically comfy with...otherwise nice product.

Looks good and easy
Well girlfriend hasn't stopped making the coffee ordered all the glass cups for this and got all the Costa coffee and hot chocolate pods it's easy to use and quick at making the coffee but you will need to order the cleaning pods for the top of the machine as they don't come with it.

Very poor
This product was flawed from the word go. Once the box was opened and the machine was used for the first time it would not produce a full cup of coffee and what was produced was cold!!

Great to start with
Loved it to start with, it was a xmas present for my husband. But honestly after 2 months of use it just keeps breaking down and we are now having to buy a different brand as its just not worth the hassle early in the mornings.

Convenient & Quick
I love the machine but wish it had a bigger water tank, can only get 2 mugs with every full tank of water
