I love these shoes with my WHOLE HEART. They are beautiful and comfortable. I get compliments on them every day. But I’ve only had them for 2 months and BOTH shoes are coming unstitched. At this price point, the craftsmanship should mean I get years of use before they look super old. But mine look old after just two months. Extremely disappointing.

I just bought a replacement pair of these after my first purchase for an Italy trip four years ago. I LOVE these shoes! I have high arches and a small foot alignment issue, so I struggle to find shoes I can wear for long periods of time and these are fantastic. Also, so many of the shoes I need for support tend to cater to an older age group and I'm 27, so I love how cute they are. I wear these almost every day in the spring and summer. They can be dressed up or down and look good with almost anything. I get compliments on these shoes all the time. The only issue I've had with them is after four years, I pulled the top leather strap with velcro tighter and tighter to where the the hook side of the velcro overlapped itself and didn't have much loop to hold onto, but upon closer examination the sole was worn out and I needed a new pair anyway. I would HIGHLY recommend these shoes. To me it's a lot of money for one pair of shoes, but I wear them so much it's absolutely worth it!

I'm completely obsessed with these sandals. I originally bought these for a month long backpacking trip through Europe in the Summer, and needed good walking shoes. I couldn't have been happier with these! They are super lightweight, comfortable and supportive, and also stylish enough to wear out and about at night! I ended up taking them back to Europe for another trip and sadly lost one of them, which is why i'm buying my second pair.If you want to learn more about the way they are made, and why the soles are SO comfy, I'd encourage you to visit Naot's website. When received them brand new, I was afraid that they were a tiny bit too tight, but they actually fit perfectly after wearing a couple times because the straps are made of leather. The only negative thing I'd say, is that they don't dry immediately when they get wet, since the soles are made of suede.I would highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for a good, staple pair or walking sandals.

I almost returned the sandals when I first tried them on because they felt too narrow and the foot bed and straps were cutting into the sides of my feet. After walking around in the house, the footbed and straps softened up and molded to my feet. They were then very comfortable and I ended up keeping them. I wore them on an overseas trip recently and was able to walk around for hours comfortably most of the time. There is fairly adequate arch support and heel support but after walking all day I did feel just a little bit of discomfort in the heel and ankle area. I think they need a little bit more support in those areas. They are pretty sandals and the straps look like fabric with a metallic sheen to them. Minus one star because they are pricey and had to be broken in.

Absolutely love these sandals. I have two pairs - a black pair I purchased 2 years ago and still wear all the time, and a silver threads pair purchased last week. My feet are very sensitive, so comfortable shoes are a must. I also am a teacher, so at work I'm on my feet much of the day. These sandals are perfect. They're cute, comfortable, and they last. They require very little breaking in - they felt like a dream within a couple hours. They can dress up or down, and they go with everything from shorts to jeans to skirts and dresses. They might be pricey, but to me, these sandals are worth every penny!They do run a little narrow, which works for me because many sandals are too roomy for my slightly narrow feet. I wear regular width shoes, but do better with shoes that run a little narrow, like these. I wear a 10.5-11 and the 42 fits perfectly.

For the pricetag, I've been really disappointed with the quality of the workmanship. I've worn these sandals only a handful of times and the black lining is already separated and hanging from the ankle strap. Naot leather has always been very soft and generally no breaking in is required, but I didn't expect the sandal to actually "break". My friend purchases this particular model all the time and the tread usually wears out before any part of the leather (last 2-3 seasons).Other than the falling apart problem, they are pretty and comfortable. I typcially wear a size 9.5 or 10 and the 41 fits well.

Attractive styling and beautifully made. Very comfortable for walking. However....I find the front strap that goes across the toes is a tad too tight. This could easily be remedied by using velcro on that strap as it does the main closure strap. Feet are not always wide or narrow, even medium means something different to different feet, so velcro on shoes this expensive would really be a tremendous help in fitting the largest group of wearers. I do recommend these shoes, but with the caviat that they are somewhat smaller than US sizes and also somewhat narrower.

I love these sandels! I'm nearly 80, live in Florida and Maine, so I am in warm weather year round. These shoes fit beautifully because my foot is narrower than normal, and the extra arch support is wonderful. I receive compliments on the sandels every time I wear them, which is nearly every day because they can be dressy or casual. Only complaint--the strap stretches, so after a certain amount of wear, it can be harder to fasten them because the velcro no longer matches that on the shoe. Otherwise, they are the perfect sandel.

Neat and very comfortable sandals

The sandals fitted to perfection but there was a flaw on the leather on top near the toes, and it was quite noticeable.. I was really disappointed as I was looking so forward to having these sandals. I had to return them, because for that high price I expected them to be perfect. I may rebuy them at a later date. I must add that the service was excellent pertaining to the return of this item. Dies ist das 2. Paar dieser Sandalen das ich in kurzer Zeit gekauft habe. Über die "Haltbarkeit" kann ich noch nichts sagen. Ich bin immer auf der Suche nach Sandalen die meinen orthopädischen Einalgen "nahe kommen" und ich weigere mich die berühmten "B" Schuhe zu kaufen weil ich sie so häßlich finde. Diese Sandalen sind eine gute Alternative allerding bitte beachten: meiner Meinung nach fallen sie eine Größe kleiner aus!!
