Found out I was very deficient in B-12 and having a terrible time breaking down proteins that my body needed for energy and better metabolism. I thought I had been getting enough B-12 through the food I ate and 1 500 mcg supplement a week, but that was not enough. I take 1 daily now and I can really fell the difference. Good Health to ALL !
