I bought this unit with great expectations. It has worked pretty well so far, but I have misplaced the piston spring and I’m trying to find a way to get a replacement. It is impossible to get any service or find a place that I can get it at a reasonable price. I would like help on this and it doesn’t seem to be there seems to be. Terrible

First time using and it won’t stop leaking! Stupid machine and seller

First off, this seller offers exceptional customer service and very good communication. Their product works as advertised. Though the first shipment had one defected part and it is a very sensitive part. However, they worked with us in getting the problem resolved and even offered spared parts. We returned the first machine and the second machine arrived promptly. It worked beautifully. For our purpose, it will be difficult to clean but we usually do large batches every few months and clean it once. The lever does take a little bit of muscle because of the way it works, but the smoothness of the pour is perfect once you get the hang of it. We previously had an electronic machine but there were issues with keeping it clean, the motor went out of calibration, the tube eventually broke, and the weight calibration was off after a few months. It was messy since it create bubbles and hard to determined if the right volume was poured out. However, this machine you just pull the lever as much or as little as you want to get the right amount without having bubbles formed in your bottle from the pour. This machine should pay for itself within a few weeks. We only recently worked with it so we hope that it will maintain it's quality for a few years.
