Dissapointed in quality as well as customer service. The creases (there are MANY) are near impossible to get totally smooth by ironing. As well as freyed edges, but probably worst of all they left on a tack bordertrim and product number on it. Why would I buy something for a higher price than competitors and have to do so much additional work to make it look decent? Customer service did not care, so putting out that warning. Do not buy this one, buy from a different seller or just buy a different background altogether.

This backdrop is sooo cute! The material its made out of is very strong and you could probably use this every day and have no wear and tear. I would think this would be a great backdrop for a photographer to use. As a matter of fact I actually exchanged this backdrop with my photographer for discounted photos. We bought this back drop for my son's birthday party so therefore we no longer had a need for it, WiN/WiN! My mother actually wanted to take this home with her that's how cute people found this to be.

The backdrop had folds that were pretty stubborn in removing. We laid it out for a few weeks before our event. We also added a custom vinyl title. Overall it was perfect!
