How do you obtain test results? It says "upon request" but what does that mean?

Does this contain soy?

Yes. It says so on the label. Soy is an ingredient. The other common source is sunflower which is not anywhere on the label or in the ingredients. So it's all from soy.

Are the gelatin capsule from animal or vegetable sources?

According to the manufacturer's certificate of analysis, it's bovine gelatin. So, the capsule is made from cows.

Is the product hsa (health savings account) and/or fsa (flexible savings account) eligible? i dont see it mentioned.

Most likely not. It is not eligible with my FSA. If over the counter vitamins are or not covered / allowed by your FSA then this supplement would fall into that category.
