Q: Can i use this in a Logitech Z313 as a sub replacement

I can't guarantee it will work, but it should provided it's the correct size. I bought it to replace the woofer to my Boston Acoustics BA790 subwoofer. I actually needed the 4 ohm version, but bought the 8 ohm one by mistake and it works great.

Q: need 4" replacement speakers with the same spec as above (GW-205/8S) do you have it? and those it sell in amazon?

I don't have it anymore. My Polk Audio needed very little work to fit it on. It's a matter of being able to get at the bad speaker easily.

Q: What is the resonant frequency?

I have no idea. All i can tell you is that the speaker sounded good on my 80 watt x channel .09. Thd receiver. Im an audio buff. And I care about quality. Though I sold the speakers 2 years ago.
