Firstly, the wax beans are terrible. It's like using hot glue on your legs.Secondly, when you pull off the wax, it comes off in pieces. It's also more painful than normal waxing strips. You have to be very quick with applying the (terrible) wax, otherwise it will cool too quickly and wouldn't stick into the follicles, causing pain.I believe the timing stressed me out even more than pulling the wax off itself.Thirdly, it doesn't take off tiny hairs, such as the one on your hands.

Looked promising after a small amount of research. Wasn’t easy to use. The instructions were vague at best. The wax was very poor quality & took what seemed to be forever to melt. Really disappointed with this- ordered for my teenage daughter and it simply failed on every level. Fortunately I spoke to a lovely woman at Amazon who gave me a refund straight away!

i had this plugged in and tried to turn up the temperature to max to heat the wax. it sparked and blew out my outlets. i figured it was a one off thing and tried again and the same thing happened. i only used it twice and it doesn’t even remove my hair. waste of money.

The media could not be loaded.  Very easy to usedefinitely quicker than wax stripesdoes not need to much product to eliminate hairs (in the video half a pack of beads was used)it hurts just at the beginning (still less than normal wax stripes) but then you get used to it

The heater doesn’t even work properly. It goes off every 3 minutes or so. The medium setting doesn’t work either and the high setting doesn’t melt the wax properly. Waste of money

Easy to use. Great value for money. Easy storable as all fits back into box . Wax is amazing leaves skin hair free & smooth without irritation

Doesn’t heat up very fast, when turned down to medium to get to controlled temp to use, the wax goes hard.The wax smells awful, and don’t work! Tried using for eyebrows, didn’t wax any hairs off. So tried on arm and still the same!You get what you pay for I suppose. This is cheap for a reason!

Packaged very well, instructions easy to use and overall happy for a first time user!I personally needed to put on coconut oil or something light after waxing to prevent irritation, or wax bumps but that's normal.
