Received the product with the package looks old and damaged. No wave or curl to my hair. Disappointed.

Not only it did not work, my hair started to fall out. Luckily, I only did the ends of my hair, which will now have to be trimmed.

So this is the first time I've gotten a perm and unfortunately, with lack of self direction I have resonated far too much with the roots of nature and have cursed myself with joining the youngin's these days in what they call the "broccoli brethren". I keep telling everyone its an 80s jerry thing but for some reason they won't stop calling me the veggie tales aficionado. Upon being bullied by the masses, I have come to the conclusion that if I follow googles steps of sabotaging the perm then I can go back to living carefree, and the tiktok ladies will finally stop harassing me to do fortnite dances with them. Here's the best and worst part. washing my hair, using shampoo and conditioners, all within the 48 hour limit of "do not" has done nothing to stop the literal "fibers" of the broccoli in me. Nothing will stop your hair from leaving what it has become, so I can verify that the product works, and a little TOO good at it. Some will say skill issue. Some will say the broccoli cut was destiny. All I can say is you no longer own your hair, the broccoli has taken over and I belong to it now. This is not a phase, this is transcendence... In short, it works extremely well but make sure you know exactly what you want or you'll be stuck with it for awhile
