Works as advertised, good design and quality.
Works as advertised. It solved my problem of monitor height in a simulation rig I was building. The product is strong and allows for precise height adjustments. Used it to raise a 34 inch ultrawide monitor. When using it keep in mind that some monitors do not have a flat backplate so the use of spacers might be necessary.

Used to help get the extra bit of height i was missing for my setup
I’ve used other VIVO products before, and this one is just as great. I needed some extra height that one of my monitor arms just barely couldn't reach for a vertical monitor setup above my 32-inch, and this stand works perfectly. Saved me a lot of money from having to purchase a new stand with arms, stable for being attached to the end of a monitor arm, easy to set up and does exactly what I needed.

Good, but with issues.
Works fine, but I have my triple setup set in the middle of the mounting pole so I had to mount this adapter at the very top, which initially overlapped my center monitor. You are able to adjust the top monitor. My only two complaints are 1. how far the monitor sticks out compared to the other monitors. 2. I have a Dell 24" monitor, which many others on here have explained how the Vesa mount is recessed and the included screws are too short. I went and picked up some M4-.70 x 20 screws and 4mm washers and they worked perfectly. Just DO NOT over tighten or I fear the plastic will crack.

Simple but gets the job done
With the way my monitor arm mounts I felt the vertical monitor was sitting way to high compared to my main monitor and rather than buy an entire new arm setup for my 3 monitors this was an excellent way to shift the vertical monitor down just enough to feel much better. Feels of solid quality and was easy to install once I got some new screws. The particular monitor I wanted to install it on it couldn't fit since the vesa mount point was recessed into the monitor into so I needed extra long vesa mount screws to get it properly attached and those I did have to find and buy separately. Given the price and how many monitors I have seen with recessed Vesa Mount points I do kinda wish they included standoffs/extra long screws as an option, but then again it can sometimes be annoying/confusing if there are a dozen different mounting hardware included. Maybe just call it out in the product page/instructions so folks now it is an option to make it fit.

My first review was my error. The item works AOK as designed: 5 stars.
UPDATED: I was wrong. I reinspected the Vivo item and found inner mounting holes that perfectly fit my need, and I remounted and the VIVO item worked perfectly. My first review was my error. The item works AOK as designed: 5 stars. First VIVO product that left me dissatisfied. Include TV mount plate too small, not adaptable or adjustable. Instead of returning, I mounted the unit backward and upside down, which partially solved my problem but now allows the monitor to click downwards due to gravity (the unit has no positive lock in that direction). Would prefer to return it but too much hassle.

M4 Screws Too Short
While the hardware itself is solid and the mount is holding very well, I had to make a trip to the hardware store. VIVO… I have 3 different types of monitor… an Acer, a Phillips, and an HP and the screws you provided wouldn’t complete the install at all. All 3 of my monitors fit perfectly with m4x20mm though. I get the feeling that MANY monitors require that 20mm length. You should absolutely provide both!!

Exactly what I was looking for!
Exactly what I was looking for! I just wish it was a little higher. Overall a great solution to getting your monitor a little higher! I highly recommend getting this if your looking to get your monitor a little higher. It's very sturdy and holds my monitor very secure. I also move my monitor a lot and it's been holding up great. The cable management I personally haven't used yet since my cords are to short to use that feature. But it looks like you should be able to manage your cables very well with the design if your cables are long enough. It definitely can save a lot of space on your desk if you use a monitor arm with it. Mine is being used on a 27" extra long monitor arm attached to my side bed rail. I'm disabled so that's how I have to game now is laying in bed. So again I move that arm multiple times per day and everything has been pretty solid. The looseness isn't coming from this at all. It's from the monitor arm itself and even that's not much considering it's being used for something it's definitely not designed to do lol. I highly suggest this item!

This adapter perfected my 3 monitor setup
For the longest time my 3rd monitor, which is vertical, has always been misaligned from my horizontal monitors even at max height of the monitor arm. This adapter added a really quick way for me to raise up my monitor without having to by an entirely new taller monitor arm and without having to redo all my cable management and placement of the monitor arm. Super easy to set up, I just removed the monitor from the existing mount, installed the adapter to the monitor and the reciving plate on the monitor arm, and boom raised it to the correct height. One note for anyone who keeps their desk super close to the wall: Because this adapter added some distance between the monitor arm and where the monitor normally mounts, I had to adjust the monitor arm to stick out from the desk farther than before which meant i had to pull my desk away from the wall slightly more than usual. Not an issue with this adapter, only really pops up when used with a gas spring monitor arm. but just something to keep in mind for anyone with really tight tolerences for their desk placement.
