Pearl Mantle Fireplace Surround
This mantle is absolutely beautiful! Please note: After returning the first mantle because the shelf/top was damaged, the replacement had some damage on the legs. We contacted customer service again and they offered a discount if we kept the mantle. We decided to keep the mantle because we could fix the damage on the legs fairly easy. All in all it is a beautiful mantle!

Product was taken apart after it was assembled
The product over all is pretty nice. Well built. The sellers should state on his/her product detail that this product was taking apart to put in the box. There were minors broken parts showed that it was put together and took apart.

Buyer be ware not reputable company
Came with flaw on front. Other than that beautiful an heavy. Company said not their problem an wouldnt replace center part that had flaw. They clearly knew on there before shipping for was circled like you would do on quality control. But shipped any ways. Amazon got involved an still wouldnt replace. Amazon gave me money off so i kept it. Run from this company . They should be removed from amazon for no customer service.

I took forever to buy this mantel based off of the mixed reviews. Personally, I love it! Very heavy to handle by yourself, but if you have a partner, the assembly is easy.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT, DELIVERY AND HANDLING OF THE FIRST MANTEL FAILED MY EXPECTATIONS.
First delivery found the mantel dropped on my driveway in front of my garage door, the box was damaged tape was loose on the box. When I opened it to inspect the mantel, the face of the mantel was separated from the shelve and I discovered the wood brackets/screws connecting the face to the mantel wood was split resulting in separation. that's when i called to return the mantel and request it be exchanged for the same Pearl mantel and surrounds. HOPEFULLY THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE DELIVERED NOT DAMAGED....

I LOVE MY MANTEL/SURROUND!
This is a beautiful fireplace surround! I stained it a dark color and finished it with Polyurethane and it is very, very beautiful. Even the woodworkers in the family think it's beautiful. It does have dovetail joints on the main piece, instead of being a whole piece of wood, but once stained it's very hard to see them. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased.
