DO NOT buy the Digital Copy
This is a great book; however, the Kindle/digital copy is absolutely horrible. It is very small with no way of enlarging. Only buy the print book. I wish I could get my money back for the digital copy but I waited too long. ONLY buy the print version!

AMAZING!
This is an excellent book! Easy and practical for kids to learn how to manage different stressors while in school, study and manage time effectively and be successful. Having the different testimonies of kids that have dealt with these situations and have overcome them using these strategies encourages them. It helps them see that these situations are normal and they can overcome them.

Exellent advice
The authors have done a terrific job in helping to ease this burden for children. I have no doubt this will be helping many kids--and their parents too.

Very relevant and applicable studying strategies
I bought this book for my 10 year old. He was not so interested at beginning. Then I started to read to him a few pages a night as part the part of his bedtime routine - kinda forcing him to listen to it. Soon, he found resonance with the stories and strategies in the book, and even started talking about what happened in his class and how he and other kids were doing in similar situations. We both found evening reading routine enjoyable. My son even applied the techniques and strategies he learned in the book in his daily learning - some of them turned out quite effective. Moreover, the book gives the situations about many other kids encountered and how they handled those, that made us feel that we were not alone facing those problems and we can learn from their experiences and we also learned different people's different perspectives.

Generous volume of creative and kid-friendly ideas
As a school administrator and former teacher, I found myself wishing that every child would have access to the ideas, strategies, and compassion found in this book. It would be a helpful text for a study skills class/module for a wide age range, and would be beneficial to students who do well in school tasks as well as those who have to work harder. The graphics are visually clear and interesting. The text is honest and conversational, and incorporates timely and valuable concepts (e.g. recycling, volunteer work) while presenting the study strategies. And what a great find for parents - supportive, easy to understand tools to help their child succeed! Wish I had this when my children were in school. I already bought a copy for a clinical psychologist who works with children, and a teacher who coaches children with ADHD.

A Must Read Book For All Students!
This is the third book that I have read, that has been written either all or in part by Dr. Wendy Moss. Dr. Moss and Mrs. DeLuca-Acconi have written a book that makes the salient points easily understood by their target audience. If more older elementary and middle-school students read this book, they will have less trouble in their current grade and in all future grades, including college.Learning study skills early is one of the major methods of alleviating the stresses and anxieties that are so common among students. I would recommend this book to students, teachers, and to parents. A very useful, informative, and easy-to-read book!
