Customer service supplied an improved latch motor and replacement door. The new latch system did seem more robust but the raccoons broke the replacement door within the first 2 days. I built a cover that screws on with wing nuts over the outside and have to re-install it every night. Le système de reconnaissance par puce RFID a motivé mon achat, tout comme la fiabilité de la marque.
