How to you open to cut and adjust?

You have to pull one side of tube out from middle connection. It's in tight! The tube will come out from the white ring, then cut to your size. Just remember it still needs to fit over your dogs head.

Any suggestions how I can keep my dog still long enough for the collar to recharge? I don’t wanna leave her charging overnight.

The collar should be removed from the dog when charging the batteries.

Where are the directions? package came with just the product

There are none. Be careful, when charging it it started smoking and melted the wires. Could have started a fire . I did a review of the product and included pictures

is there a charging light to see when charging is active or complete?

You can see a red light when they are charging. The blue collar the red charging light is not visible on. The light turns off when it is charged.
