No. They are all one. Yes you can move the seat back and forth. They do have clips under the seat to keep them tight.

Not sure where they are made but very high quality I’ve had them on my Jeep for two years and they look new. A good fit too!

Will this fit a 06 wrangler unlimited LJ ??

I installed these on a 2006 Wrangler TJ and they were perfect. If the LJ has the same seats (it's just a longer version), they should work. These are great seat covers!
