Defective but Amazon made it good
was defective, but had no problem returning it, ended up buying the Explorer 10 and it works great, I had an M50 before and it last me over 5 years, until i lost it Dummy

Defective Unit - Sent back
I lost a new one so figured I'd get a refurbished to save money. Bad idea. The product worked but something was loose in headset and if I walked around (I'm a pacer on the phone) it would disconnect. Defective unit. Sent back.

Faulty Product
I purchase this product in April, the battery just started not charging the Bluetooth, I spoke with Plantronics tech and the said the battery is faultyand need do be replace. Does Amazon stand by it products for its customers and replace bad products. Please advise.Thank you
