Does the job very well
Used this for a while and it's the best I've used for my knee. Not bulky and I find it ideal to use while I'm at work. Don't feel any ache in my knee while using this

Effective light support/stabiliser
Just ordered my 5th, over past few years. V. helpful in coping with patella tracking problem with running. Companion to patella wiggling exercises, keeps me going, pretty much discomfort free. Comfortable, even for 90 min runs. The one size is ok for me - 70kg bloke; can adjust tighter a fair way as stretches over the miles/months. 700-1,000 miles life. The velcro tabs and tethering area could be better; end up crossing over a bit as stretch. This limits the stretch range and life; also how tight can pull the straps. But for £10 is OK. Just push on/off up the leg each use; don't touch the velcro if don't need to.

Able to run without worrying
A sport nut I ruptured my patella tendon in 2001 playing football and ran the London Marathon in 2004 as i never give up.Now 64 I'm still playing cricket and golf but over the past few years my knee that I ruptured has been giving me a lot of trouble. I've been to a sports therapist over the years and he has helped. I've also tried so many knee supports and they have stiffened my running and I have a lot of pain as they press down on my kneecap. I put the strap on today and nearly straight away my pain has been greatly reduced and I feel confident. Tomorrow evening I'm playing in a 20/20 cricket match so I will be able to see how well the strap really works. Played 20/20 cricket last night and for the first time in many years I was able to run without the pain I used to have. I felt a slight pain but nowhere near what I had been experiencing over the years. Early days but looking good a d so pleased at the moment 🙂

Comfortable
Perfect for my knee problem but the Velcro tabs don't last long and difficult to replace the tabs.

Kneecap support
Not great on a huge knee but once the swelling went down it fitted better and felt a little supportive. Good value for money though, would recommend for light support
