Seal It Green 100% Biodegradable Composite Deck Cleaner For the Home owners that had composite decking sold as maintenance free, by now you know there is maintenance. and Composite decking can actually be harder to clean and maintain than wood. Not to fret we have worked with Trex, Timbertech and many other composite type decking.to provide an easy cleaning and easy sealer to make maintenance easy. Coverage: - 2lbs will treat 600-800 sq ft - 4lbs will treat 1,200-1,600 sq ft - 10lbs will treat 3,000-4,000 sq ft - 40lbs will treat 12,000-16,000 sq ft Uses: This special formula penetrates the composite decking surfaces and uses oxygen bubbles to lift oil, grease, mold, mildew or any dirt or grime to the surface for easy cleaning. Use to clean composite decks, docks, furniture or anywhere composite wood decking is used. Directions: Dissolve 3/4 cup of Seal It Green Composite Clean per gallon of hot water. Stir the solution in hot water until the solution is fully dissolved. You can use a broom, garden sprayer, or power washer as this saves time and energy. Scrub and rinse the deck clean before it dries. Leave the solution on your deck for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Use a broom to remove heavy dirt and debris or use a light pressure washer (no scrubbing needed). To rinse use clean water thoroughly or use a light pressure washer. If pressure washer is not available use a hose; scrubbing while rinsing with a hose might be necessary.

More instruction needed....
The first thing I noticed was the lack of instructions. It gives mixing instructions, and let's you know how long to leave it on, but that's it. I have used other washes that let you know what temperature range to use it in. I used it, it was in the 70's, and kept drying out in spots, so I had to keep re-applying it. So I'm not sure if I should have done it when it was cooler?It did a good job of just basic cleaning, but it didn't remove the mildew stains, and the stains around the BBQ.

Virtually zero results
I used this product exactly as directed with the exact mix ratio and set time and the results were very poor. The mildew stains are still present nearly to the same degree they were prior to cleaning. I would not recommend this product.
