great item, as I have bought these before I knew they were good at their job. Just be careful not to get holes in it as the blue stuff comes out. It only gets holes in it by user error and not because it is faulty at all. I will buy these again definitely.

Helping the pain in my knee, and with the 5 pieces, I can use one on my knee and one on my lower back, and still put a couple in the cold ready for use.

My last one was punctured by the cat, fantastic for headaches and for those hot nights, they are such good value for money, just the right size, cannot live without them so I brought 5 they last such a long time, l keep them in the fridge until they are needed

Hot stuff, or cold if you put it in the freezer I have 5 packs, 2 in the freezer and 3 on a radiator, works wonders on my stiff neck, highly recommended
