Just ordered the dark roast! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Found My Perfect Recipe *by C***E on May 26, 2024* Exactly what I was looking for in a cold brew. Medium strength, with a subtle hint of chocolate. It took me a couple of tries to get my preferred recipe. One reason for the differences in recipe found here is personal taste. But another reason is method of cold brew (filter or no filter, and size of pitcher). I have a 1.6-qt cold brew pitcher. The limit is 1 cup of coffee grounds. I have found that I need to add 4 cups of cold water to the 1 cup of coffee grounds in order for the cold water to cover and brew the coffee. It brews just fine in the fridge, and does not need to be left out on the counter. I brew for 18-24 hours. After straining out the coffee grounds, I go ahead and add the remaining two cups of water.
