How is this product different from the Vetericyn Ophthalmic Gel? What are the active ingredients in the Pink Eye Spray?

The Ophthalmic Gel is from the regular line and this is from the Livestock line of products.

This Pink Eye Spray (Livestock) ingredients are as follows:
Active: Hypochlorous Acid (0.0150%)
Inactive: Electrolyzed Water, Sodium Chloride, Phosphates, Sodium Hypochlorite

In the regular line (not the livestock line) the Ophthalmic Gel is 0.010% and the Eye Wash is 0.009%, so this Pink Eye Spray (Livestock) is a higher concentration.

The livestock line can be safely used on all animals. This Pink Eye Spray from the Livestock Line is the best thing to buy because you get the most for your money and get Prime shipping. It can still be used on any animal and for all the same uses as all the other sprays! It's the most highly concentrated (0.0150% same as the Veterinarian strength VF line) so it's maximum effective, and since it's the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENT IN ALL THE SPRAYS (not hydrogels), you only need to get this one spray and you can use it for eyes, ears, wounds, hot spots, teats, or any other place that needs healing or antimicrobial protection. They only have separate product names so that people looking for products for that use, such as pink eye, hot spots, wound care will easily find their product and possibly get you to buy more products if you think you need all the different kinds.

The idea is that you soak the area you're treating with this to clean and thoroughly disinfect, then you can apply one of the hydrogels since it will stay put without evaporating for longer, which keeps the medicine on or in there and keeps the wound moist which promotes faster healing. So, I recommend to get this for the spray, then buy a big bottle of the hydrogel as well, but make sure to rinse the spray trigger after every single use or it will clog. Ideally, take the trigger out, put the tube in hot water, and spray it several times to clear out the hydrogel.

For eyes for domestic animals, you may still also want to get the Ophthalmic Gel. The spray bottle has a lot of spray pressure so you can't spray it INTO the eye. You can use the spray to wet an area of a clean paper towel or cloth, use it to clean eyes and ducts and area around the eye, then put the Ophthalmic Gel gel in each eye so that the medicine will be in there and work longer.

Is this for domestic animals in particular a cat? No pictures of the animals on the bottle and description says "livestock."

Absolutely! I use it on my rabbit, cat and dog. It’s amazing how quickly it resolves pink eye (aka conjunctivitis). 
I’ve found that after four applications, each about 12 hours apart, the pink eye is completely resolved. This product works incredibly well at relieving itchy eyes due to allergies and tear stains too. Another plus is that this spray doesn’t leave the fur/hair around the eyes oily.
