Just the Thing
These were just what I was looking for. I had tried a recipe from a door to door chef service which used these and was smitten by the flavor. I ordered these and tried the recipe again and they are just the thing! Good price, fine product.

My first purchase of Persian dried limes, soon to make some ghorme sabzi. Used one so far to flavor a small batch of quinoa, interesting subtle lime flavor with lots of possibilities. Recommended.

Delivered as expected and clean packaging
On a recent trip to UAE I fell in love with the food. Almost everything has this spice in the preparation of cooking dishes. I have even ground a couple up and placed in s spice jar. Delivery was fine and product as expected. I did manage to find at a local middle eastern market for less, but not sure the freshness (ironically) of the stock on their shelf. This works for me and I'm set for a bit.
