Arrived with loose handle & difficult fix!
I noticed another review that said the hot water handle was loose, well my hot water handle was completely loose and the screw that was supposed to hold it in place was loose inside the housing. We are having a professional installation and due to the contractors scheduling, had to try and fix it today. Well the fix was very difficult, and the process left a scratch on the faucet surface. To tighten (or remove) a handle, the entire faucet has to be turned upside down, and supply tubing removed. Then the handle "base" has to be turned 1/4 turn, and pulled upwards to access the plastic splined handle positioning part. The screw can be retrieved and re-tightened into the handle however the handle must be positioned in the plastic such that it remains in the "off" position (matching the other handle), while realigning the base and giving the base a 1/4 turn to affix it. If the handle is just one spline off in either direction, the handle is visibly not aligned with the other handle. We had to repeat this process several times until both handles were properly aligned in the "off" position. This is ridiculously difficult and having to reposition the base multiple times resulted in the scratch on the surface just beneath the handle base (metal on metal). For anyone who has replaced an engine distributor, it has a similar technique. You have to keep trying until the handle is exactly at "off" when the base is rotated and stops. This was really disappointing as we spent gobs of money on matching American Standard fixtures and towel racks etc. but now have to start with a scratched faucet. Even with Amazon's quick returns, we couldn't tell the contractor to wait 3-4 days. This is unacceptable quality control and based on other reviews is not a unique problem.Y'all have been warned.

Disappointing
Love the look of this product, BUT after less than a year of being installed the hot water handle is loose, it works but I feel like I have to be super careful with it. I am the only user of this faucet so this failure is a flaw and totally unacceptable.
