Aircraft Tool Supply Aluminum Polish, Met-All (32 Oz)

The best value and most consistent reports I found for aluminum polish was Met-All. I have already used it to polish 3 Worthington aluminum propane tanks for a Silver Streak travel trailer, the third tank is for a barbecue. The polish cleaned and polished the tanks to rival any polished Lockheed Lodestar. I have tried it on other areas, but the trailer is anodized so all that shows a shine is the Olympic rivets. I will keep this product around to use on a variety of metal surfaces. I have no issues and feel anyone with be satisfied with this as an aluminum polish. (I haven't used it on stainless steel).

I used this on the wheels on my '72 Jeep CJ5 and this is undoubtedly the best they have ever looked . It does not require a lot of the polish to cover an area, but it does take a little rag turning to remove all residue, but the results are worth every bit of it. For aluminum, this is my go to polish, as of yet I have not tried it on other metals, so I cannot report on the results. I first bought this polish about 30 years ago and it works just as well now as it did then. It says it's for aluminum, but it works great for brass and copper. The shine even lasts much longer that other polishes; my candlesticks stay polished for about a year. I wish it came in a metal can as it used to, because the cardboard container dents too easily. Still the best brass polish around!!

Beware. Even though this is one of the more expensive aluminum polishes, my can arrived about half-full. The manufacturer didn’t steal 10 or 20%. They only sent HALF of what I paid for. Very bad business practice.

Great stuff. Been using it for years.

Product goes on smooth,removes oxidation and surface stain.Easy to buff off. Have used on aircraft and boats.
